Diana was happy to help, did not require me to jump through a lot of hoops and calls to submit and prove my issue. What would have been a huge inconvenience for me as a customer in an age where true customer service is not as regarded, turned out to be a breeze and very pleasant interaction. She is a darn good representation of the company. It was truly refreshing to see the amount of professionalism, follow through, and all around great service that she provided. Big thank you to Diana, the Customer Care Manager who handled my order. Either way, I am beyond impressed with the customer care and how the company handled this matter. Once unpacked, one chair had a demarcation from a sticker, and the other showed a structural demarcation of the frame slightly protruding either from a manufacturer defect or delivery damage. However, when delivered, I noticed one of the boxes was damaged but did not see any noticeable damage to the chair at the time. My chairs were delivered fairly quickly with the exception of some delivery miscommunications from their outsourced team. I am very happy to say the company did not disappoint despite issues with damage during delivery. To say the least, I was very apprehensive about the no return policy, but I researched the credibility of the company along with views before I finally decided to make my purchase.
